Malcolm Strapp

Owner/Head Strength and Conditioning Coach

My Story started when I was in college, I was overweight and was working on myself trying to stay fit and see what works for me, which eventually I went from 245 pounds to 190 pounds in weight. Over the years, I learned more and more about Strength and Conditioning with my time working with The University of Texas at San Antonio Football Strength & conditioning staff and the Miami Hurricanes Football Strength & Conditioning staff, as well as other private gyms in San Antonio and Miami. Which led me to opening up I Am/I Can Strength and Conditioning Gym, with providing the same knowledge and background of a professional/collegiate fitness professional to the general population.

Briana Williams

ASst. Strength and Conditioning/Sports Performance Coach

Briana is an entrepreneur, professional athlete and fitness coach. Briana graduated from Mercer University in 2015 where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Business Management with a minor in Spanish. She was a member of the women’s basketball team and because of her success on the court she was able to further her career by playing professionally overseas for 6 seasons in many different countries. While playing, Briana also pursued her passion for fitness and earned her NASM Certified Personal Trainer certification in 2017. A couple years later she also earned her NASM certification in Sports Performance Enhancement. Briana has experience with training clients from all walks of life. From everyday functional training, to professional athletes including WNBA players. Her specializations include: strength, weight loss, speed, agility, quickness, injury prevention methods and more. She continues to pursue her passion for fitness by continued education in the field. Certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer certification NASM certification in Sports Performance Enhancement.

D’Andre Brown

ASST. STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Hey there! I’m D’Andre Brown, a passionate personal trainer and dedicated 7th-grade math teacher. I have my Certified Personal Training Certificate through NASM. My journey into fitness began during my college football days when I weighed 305 pounds. After my playing career, I wanted to make a transformation so I decided to set a goal to lose 45 pounds and to take control of my fitness. Through hard work and determination, I lost weight and now maintain a healthy weight of around 225 pounds.

Fitness has always been a big part of my life, and I love sharing that passion with others. I thrive on helping individuals reach their goals, whether it’s losing weight, building strength, or improving overall wellness. My approach is supportive and motivational, ensuring that you feel empowered every step of the way.

Dr. Megan Harris

Physical Therapist

Dr. Megan Francisco Harris is a Board-Certified Doctor of Physical Therapy. Megan has taken a special interest in working with those with back, shoulder and neck related conditions. She graduated from Langston University and went on to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Texas Medical Branch. Megan completed an Orthopedic Residency at Memorial Hermann Ironman Sports Medicine Institute in Houston, Texas – where her clinical practice was advanced, produced national research, and enhanced her manual therapy and differential diagnosis skills in athletes and non-athletes across the lifespan. Additionally, Megan received her Certification in Dry Needling (Cert. DN) from the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. 
 Megan has a passion for teaching and empowering her clients to learn how to manage their pain and take control of their health. She specializes in orthopedic and spine physical therapy and strives to guide her clients to achieve an active lifestyle with a total body approach to fitness and rehabilitation. In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her amazing husband, enriching marriages and relationships on her podcast, and obsessing over cycling and pilates to maintain a healthy and well-balanced life!

Aldair Marquez

Registered Dietician

Aldair has been in the Health and Fitness industry for 10 years. He has a background in exercise physiology and has been a Registered Dietician for 2 years. His biggest passion is helping people overcome obstacles in daily living that might not let them live their healthiest lives. Whether it’s work, family, or simply not knowing where to start, Aldair has made it his mission to help people drop fear and start on their lifelong path to a healthier version of themselves. It’s not always easy, but definitely worth it!
